SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing and delivery estimates are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays, high order volumes, or events outside our control.

SINGAPORE SHIPPING
Standard shipping: S$5.
Expedited shipping: S$7.50.
Available options and final charges are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery is available to eligible Singapore addresses within 10 km of our Joo Chiat location. The minimum order is S$50. The delivery fee is S$8, and local delivery is free for orders of S$100 or more. Eligibility and the final delivery charge are confirmed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Standard international shipping: S$10.
Expedited international shipping: S$20.
International delivery availability, rates, and estimates are confirmed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country.

DELIVERY ISSUES
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing an order. If your order is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but not received, contact us promptly at admin@thebottlefactory.com.sg with your order number. We will work with the carrier where appropriate, but carrier delays are outside our direct control.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change a delivery address. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or handed to the carrier.
